【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesrequirementsondurability(includingmechanicalstrength),reliabilityandsafetyforliquidheatingsolarcollectors.Italsoincludesprovisionsforevaluationofconformitytotheserequirements.Itisnotapplicabletothosecollectorsinwhichthethermalstorageunitisanintegralpartofthecollectortosuchanextent,thatthecollectionprocesscannotbeseparatedfromthestorageprocessforthepurposeofmakingmeasurementsofthesetwoprocesses.Itisbasicallyapplicabletoconcentratingcollectors;thermalperformancetestingasgiveninEN12975-2:2006,6.3.(quasidynamictesting)isalsoapplicabletomostconcentratingcollectordesigns,fromstationarynon-imagingconcentratorsasCPCstohighconcentratingtrackingdesigns.Collectorsthatarecustom-built(builtin,roofintegratedcollectorsthatdonotcomprisefactorymademodulesandareassembleddirectlyontheplaceofinstallation)cannotbetestedintheiractualformfordurability,reliabilityandthermalperformanceaccordingtothisstandard.Instead,amodulewiththesamestructureasthereadycollectoristested.Themodulegrossareainthecaseofcustombuiltcollectorsshouldbeatleast2m.Thetestisvalidonlyforlargercollectors,thanthetestedmodule.ForcollectorsthenationalandEuropeanGuidelinesforStructuralPlanningandoverheadglazingarenotvalid.Thereforethisstandardshouldbeappliedforthedesignofthestaticofthecollector.
