【摘要】:Thistestmethod,whenappliedtoaerospacetransparenciesofeithermonolithicglass/plasticorlaminatedcombinations,isameasureoftheabilityofthetransparencytowithstandtheeffectsofartificiallyinducedenvironments.Thetestmaybeusedonconfigurationsemployingelectricallyconductivecoatings,andalsotoevaluatetheintegrityofnoncoatedmaterials.Theresistanceofthetransparentenclosuretoenvironmentaleffectsmayvaryappreciablydependingonthesize,geometry,materialofconstruction,coatingintegrity,coatingdensity,andotherfactors.1.1Thistestmethodcoversdeterminationoftheeffectsofexposuretothermalshock,condensinghumidity,andsimulatedweatheronaerospacetransparentenclosures.1.2Thistestmethodisnotrecommendedforqualitycontrolnorisitintendedtoprovideacorrelationtoactualservicelife.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
