【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardappliestolaboratorymodelsofanytypeofimpulseorreactionhydraulicturbine,storagepumporpump-turbine.Thisstandardappliestomodelsofprototypemachineseitherwithunitpowergreaterthan5MWorwithreferencediametergreaterthan3m.Fullapplicationoftheprocedureshereinprescribedisnotgenerallyjustifiedformachineswithsmallerpowerandsize.Nevertheless,thisstandardmaybeusedforsuchmachinesbyagreementbetweenpurchaserandsupplier.Inthisstandard,theterm"turbine"includesapump-turbineoperatingasaturbineandtheterm"pump"includesapump-turbineoperatingasapump.Thisstandardexcludesallmattersofpurelycommercialinterest,exceptthoseinextricablyboundupwiththeconductofthetests.Thisstandardisconcernedwithneitherthestructuraldetailsofthemachinesnorthemechanicalpropertiesoftheircomponents,solongasthesedonotaffectmodelperformanceortherelationshipbetweenmodelandprototypeperformances.
