【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesgravimetricmethodsfordeterminingthecoatingmassperunitareaofconversioncoatingsonmetallicmaterials.Themethodsareapplicableto—phosphatecoatingsonironandsteel;—phosphatecoatingsonzincandcadmium;—phosphatecoatingsonaluminiumanditsalloys;—chromatecoatingsonzincandcadmium;—chromatecoatingsonaluminiumanditsalloys.Themethodsareapplicableonlytoconversioncoatingsthatarefreefromanysupplementarycoatingsuchasoil,waterorsolvent-basedpolymers,orwax.Themethodsdonotindicatethepresenceofbarespotsorsiteswiththicknesseslowerthanthespecifiedminimuminthemeasuringareas.Inaddition,thesinglevaluesobtainedfromeachmeasuringareaisthemeanthicknessesoverthatarea.Therecanbenofurthermathematicalanalysisofthissinglevalue,e.g.forstatisticalcontrolpurposes.
