【摘要】:ThisdocumentspecifiestogetherwithEN14399-1therequirementsforassembliesofhigh-strengthstructuralboltsandnutsofsystemHVsuitableforpreloadedjointswithlargewidthsacrossflats,threadsizesM12toM36andpropertyclasses10.9/10.Boltandnutassembliestothisdocumenthavebeendesignedtoallowpreloadingofatleast0,7fub×As1)accordingtoENV1993-1-1(Eurocode3)andtoobtainductilitypredominantlybyplasticdeformationoftheengagedthreads.Forthispurposethecomponentshavethefollowingcharacteristics:?nutheightapproximately0,8d?boltwithshortthreadlengthBoltandnutassembliesaccordingtothisdocumentincludewashersaccordingtoEN14399-6ortoEN14399-5(underthenutonly).NOTEAttentionisdrawntotheimportanceofensuringthattheboltsarecorrectlyusedifsatisfactoryresultaretobeobtained.Forrecommendationsconcerningproperapplication,referencetoENV1090-1ismade.ThetestmethodforsuitabilityforpreloadingisspecifiedinEN14399-2.Clamplengthsforthebolt/nut/washerassembliesaregiveninthenormativeAnnexA.
