【摘要】:1.1.1ScopeofEurocode5(1)PEurocode5appliestothedesignofbuildingsandcivilengineeringworksintimber(solidtimber,sawn,planedorinpoleform,gluedlaminatedtimberorwood-basedstructuralproducts,e.g.LVL)orwood-basedpanelsjointedtogetherwithadhesivesormechanicalfasteners.ItcomplieswiththeprinciplesandrequirementsforthesafetyandserviceabilityofstructuresandthebasisofdesignandverificationgiveninEN1990:2002.(2)PEurocode5isonlyconcernedwithrequirementsformechanicalresistance,serviceability,durabilityandfireresistanceoftimberstructures.Otherrequirements,e.gconcerningthermalorsoundinsulation,arenotconsidered.(3)Eurocode5isintendedtobeusedinconjunctionwith:EN1990:2002Eurocode-Basisofstructuraldesign"EN1991"Actionsonstructures"EN'SforconstructionproductsrelevanttotimberstructuresEN1998"Designofstructuresforearthquakeresistance",whentimberstructuresarebuiltinseismicregions.(4)Eurocode5issubdividedintovariousparts:EN1995-1GeneralEN1995-2Bridges(5)EN1995-1"General"comprises:EN1995-1-1General-CommonrulesandrulesforbuildingsEN1995-1-2General-StructuralFireDesign(6)EN1995-2referstotheGeneralrulesinEN1995-1-1.TheclausesinEN1995-2supplementtheclausesinEN1995-1.1.1.2ScopeofEN1995-1-2(1)PEN1995-1-2dealswiththedesignoftimberstructuresfortheaccidentalsituationoffireexposureandisintendedtobeusedinconjunctionwithEN1995-1-1andEN1991-1-2:2002.EN1995-1-2onlyidentifiesdifferencesfrom,orsupplementsnormaltemperaturedesign.(2)PEN1995-1-2dealsonlywithpassivemethodsoffireprotection.Activemethodsarenotcovered.(3)PEN1995-1-2appliestobuildingstructuresthatarerequiredtofulfilcertainfunctionswhenexposedtofire,intermsof-avoidingprematurecollapseofthestructure(load-bearingfunction)-limitingfirespread(flames,hotgases,excessiveheat)beyonddesignatedareas(separatingfunction).(4)PEN1995-1-2givesprinciplesandapplicationrulesfordesigningstructuresforspecifiedrequirementsinrespectoftheaforementionedfunctionsandlevelsofperformance.(5)PEN1995-1-2appliestostructuresorpartsofstructuresthatarewithinthescopeofEN1995-1-1andaredesignedaccordingly.(6)PThemethodsgiveninEN1995-1-2areapplicabletoallproductscoveredbyproductstandardsmadereferencetointhisPart.
